Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products
• Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
• Basic housekeeping of work area
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
• May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events

Requirements

• Relevant retail experience in fragrance products
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
