Beauty Advisor

We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K‑18. Travel to key Sephora stores in Barcelona , with a specific focus on flagship stores that will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

What We Need

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell‑through through selling and training
• Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
• Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
• Conducting training for all stores in the region
• Performing one‑on‑one training for individuals on an ad‑hoc basis
• Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
