Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Supervise and manage the daily operations of the spa and beauty therapists. 
Schedule staff duties and ensure adequate manpower allocation. 
Train and guide new beauty therapists on treatment procedures and customer service standards. 
Monitor service quality and hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Handle customer enquiries, appointments and feedback professionally. 
Assist in recommending suitable beauty and wellness treatments to customers. 
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of products and supplies. 
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and hygiene regulations. 
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain treatment records. 
Coordinate with management on promotional activities and business development initiatives.
