ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Β
Organize and maintain a quality school age child care program.Supervise teaching staff. Assist them in developing activities for children of daycare program.Work directly with children in program. Perform financial/ bookkeeping activities for program including: collecting and receipting money, receipting money, record keeping of individual accounts, making deposits, ordering supplies and snacks, reviewing and approving invoices for payment, and producing monthly financial report.Pursue collections on past due accounts.Maintain teacher time cards and create alternate plans when employee is absent so that position is covered and children's needs are met.Meet with parents as needed to deal with concerns and problems, resolve conflicts.Serve as time clock supervisor for Before/Aft...
