The Behavior Aide works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

+ Position Title: Behavior Aide
+ Description: Works one-on-one with a student or a class support role in a special education classroom, providing behavioral intervention and support.*Behavioral training provided*
+ Setting: Schools (K-12)
+ Location: Stockton and Lodi, CA (Other locations are available)
+ Schedule: M-F (Full time: 30hrs/week ; Part time: at least 2 days/week of availability)
+ Duration: 2026/27 School Year

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ High School diploma or GED equivalent required
+ Active CPR Certification (Can obtain during onboarding)
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
