Center for Behavioral, Educational, and Social Therapies (CBEST), now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for kiddos with behavioral needs in the Northridge &, Reseda, CA area. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting children in reaching their social, emotional, and behavioral goals in a school setting.


What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors (, aggression, elopement) in a school setting

Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors

Support students in developing functional communication, social skills, academic success, and daily living abilities
Track and document progress, behavior data, and session notes accurately

Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate professional communication with staff and supervisors
