Position Overview
Job Summary We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) who will work in the home setting on Long Island. The BT will provide direct behavior-analytic services to clients, following behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BT will work with individuals to develop and improve skills related to communication, social interactions, daily living, and academic performance. The BT will collect data on client progress and participate in team meetings to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
