Position Overview:

• Support individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
• Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license)
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills
