Come to Baxter Health and join the mental health team. We have the privilege of being able to provide excellent care to patients during acute mental health crisis. We enjoy our jobs and love to have fun. We are professional, respectful, always working toward uplifting each other, and ensuring we do our very best every day. Our Adult Behavioral Health is a 16-bed unit for patients age 18 and above, while our Geriatric Behavioral Health is a 19-bed unit for patients age 55 and above. Having both behavioral units, we are able to place patients on the most appropriate unit based on each individual’s need and primary diagnosis of mental illness requiring acute inpatient treatment.
