The Role

We’re hiring BCBAs to provide behavioral consultation across New Jersey. Hours are flexible and built around each individual’s needs and authorized budget. Services are delivered in-home, in group homes, in day programs, and in hybrid settings.

Schedule

• Part-time or per-diem

• Typically 1 hour/week per individual for initial assessment, phasing to 30–60 min/week for monitoring

• In-home, group home, day program, or hybrid
