A supportive alternative provision is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with secondary-aged pupils who have experienced barriers to learning and may display challenging behaviours.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
Helping students develop positive coping strategies
Supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience
Encouraging participation within lessons
Working alongside safeguarding and pastoral teams
Promoting positive behaviour and attendance
