Behaviour Specialist HLTA – Newport (September Start)

Pay: £100.00‑£130.00 per day (depending on experience).

We’re looking for a Behaviour Specialist HLTA to support pupils who need strong, consistent behaviour guidance at our school in Newport. The role begins in September. Applicants should excel at building relationships, promoting emotional regulation and helping learners re‑engage successfully with education.

The Role

As a Behaviour Specialist HLTA, you’ll be a key member of the school's support framework, working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and ALN/SEN staff to promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm, structured learning environment.
