The Role

 Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs

 Helping students engage with learning

 Providing mentoring and emotional support

 Promoting positive behaviour strategies

We Are Looking For

 Experience in youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or education

 Strong communication skills

 Ability to remain calm under pressure

 Genuine passion for supporting young people

What You'll Receive

• £14.25 - £16.00 per hour
