This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within education, youth work, coaching or a related field.

The Role

Supporting students across KS3 & KS4 in a range of subjects
Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to help pupils stay engaged and make progress
Assisting with classroom routines, behaviour and lesson preparation
Building positive relationships with young people and acting as a reliable role model
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeing
Support the set up and running of a new literacy programme
