We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to join a lovely and supportive SEND provision in Weston-super-Mare . This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities to start in June or September 2026 .

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will support students both within the school setting and as part of outreach projects in the community . You will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them engage positively with education and develop key life skills.
