We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Bell Captain to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As the Bell Captain you will lead our bell staff team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bell staff team including scheduling, training, mentoring and maintaining high service standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Manage guest experiences including greeting, luggage handling, room escorts and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping and Concierge to ensure seamless guest services and resolve issues promptly
