**Job Title: Bench Technician**

**Job Description**

The Bench Technician performs repair, overhaul, and testing activities within a certified FAR 145 repair station environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting avionics and electronic components to board and component level, ensuring all work complies with the Repair Station Quality Control Manual, Component Maintenance Manuals, and applicable 14 CFR aviation regulations. The technician certifies products for return to service, maintains accurate documentation, and supports the quality of work performed across the bench operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform repair and overhaul duties in accordance with the Repair Station Quality Control Manual, Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), and all applicable 14 CFR aviation regulations.
