  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in a government or HR setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of database systems or HRIS.
  • Encode and update employee benefits data in the HRIS or relevant government portals.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding their benefits, entitlements, and documentary requirements.
  • Maintain physical and digital records of employee benefits transactions and files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HR Officer.
