Position Overview

The Benefits & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee wellbeing and delivering a positive employee experience across the Canadian region. This position is responsible for the effective administration of employee benefits programs, providing responsive support to employees, and coordinating a variety of HR processes and programs.

As the primary coordinator for employee benefits administration in the Canadian corporate region, this role supports employees and HR teams by helping ensure benefit processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service focus.
