This role is central to shaping and governing the policies and practices that underpin our employee experience and ensure our operations remain compliant, consistent and future-ready.

As the go-to expert on policy and benefits governance, you’ll work closely with our regional People & Culture team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across the globe. You’ll play a critical role in driving policy clarity, minimising risk, strengthening frameworks, and embedding high standards across the employee lifecycle.
