Role Mission
Reporting to the EMEAI Field Service Manager, this Field Engineer is responsible for providing state-of-the-art onsite services (installation, preventive maintenance, break-fix/troubleshooting call-out, site survey etc.) and technical support to customers on our range of Auto ID products, in particular our range of Stationary Industrial Scanners and cameras.
Key Responsibilities
Install (mechanical, electrical), configure and start-up (commissioning) Datalogic equipment at customer sites as per pre-defined specificationsMaintain, re-stamp, adjust and replace onsite Datalogic devices of existing customer systemsFollow rigorously safety and security onsite company proceduresEscalate to upper technical level problems that can’t be solved independentlyIssue timely and accurate service reports (including expenses report)Extend or hel...
