Hours: 37.5 hours per week –Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm / 8.30am – 4.30pm / 9am -5pm

Job Purpose

Support the Bereavement Services Manager in providing a high quality administrative service to support the bereavement service on behalf of the Trust. Carry out all necessary administrative tasks.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Provide admin support to the Bereavement Services Manager and the Bereavement team

* Ensure that all new cases are entered on the Trusts Safeguard Bereavement database and case number allocated.

* Daily check with the mortuary to ensure that all deaths are captured in a timely way.
