Job Overview
Support the existing production team on a 3‑shift schedule. The role requires full participation during the campaign season, covering Christmas and New Year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in general production tasks across various areas.
- Operate on 3‑shift schedules including weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
- Maintain production output during the seasonal peak.
Qualifications
- Availability for the full campaign period (approximately 3 months).
- Good spoken German (B1 level or higher).
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Basic hand‑crafting experience (an advantage).
- No prior special qualifications required.
