Overview BI & DATA INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Development or Manager, Data Analytics and Integration, the BI and Data Integration Developer is responsible for designing and developing data analytics and integration solutions for both internal and external audiences. The role covers the solution development life cycle, ensuring deliverables meet specifications, integrity, and quality standards. The position provides 2nd level support primarily for the HIFIS (Homeless Individuals and Families Information System) program, including developing and maintaining Crystal reports, tuning reports for performance, and developing SQL queries for complex data requests. The role involves facilitating resolution of integration issues between source and target applications and working with data from multiple confidential business systems (HR, payroll, client management).
