PPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as an expert in the stabilisation of business intelligence operations and reports, with a focus on Sigma BI and Snowflake environments

- Manage and support a team of specialists from various fields (business intelligence analysts and ETL/BI developers)

- Proactive communicator with leaders in the organisation and able to prevent and manage crises linked to data quality and report production delays

- Design and implement tactical processes to secure the production of timely and accurate reports within Sigma BI and Snowflake-based pipelines

- Maintain and improve report delivery through difficult data challenges and provide feedback on the work of others

- Promote business intelligence and data management best practices, leveraging Sigma BI and Snowflake capabilities across the company
