Position Overview

This role is a Bid Manager (Specialist Professional P4 ) in the Bid Management Single Shaft Compressors unit, supporting the Asia Pacific team to capitalize on the booming FPSO market. The position is essential for securing two major project wins per year and supporting other regional markets. Responsibilities are focused on Bid Strategy & Proposal Development, Commercial & Contract Management, and Stakeholder & Process Leadership.

Responsibilities

Bid Strategy & Proposal Development (50%)

• Lead development of comprehensive bid strategies for FPSO and other regional projects aligning with business objectives and win‑themes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end proposal creation process, coordinating input from sales, engineering, legal, and finance to produce high‑quality, compliant bids.
• Analyze tender requirements (RFQs/RFPs) to identify key commercial, technical, and execution risks and opportunities.
