Join a small but highly visible bids team. You'll be working closely with people across the business, often chasing information from teams who are already busy. The successful person will be approachable, pragmatic and good at building rapport. Someone who can bring people with them rather than simply sending another email.

The business works across a range of compliance-led and service sectors, with a strong public sector customer base. Tender volumes can be high and turnaround times can be tight, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace and managing multiple opportunities at once.

This isn't the sort of environment where everything is already built for you. The foundations are there, but there's still plenty of opportunity to improve processes, shape ways of working and make a genuine impact.
