Serve as the primary support for Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.
Coordinate daily with Sales teams and various cross-functional partners to gather necessary information for bid responses.
Efficiently process and manage Account Executive (AE) requests related to bid proposals.
Utilize bid management tools, including Loopio, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, for content management and questionnaire completion.
Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive requests concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency in all documentation, even for repetitive tasks.
