Role in leading the bidding team to produce quality submittals in response to requests for Tender (RFT/RFP/RFQ/RFI/TOR) which are > USD 500k for SEA countries, Japan, South Korea & Pakistan, including regional and global bids.
Responsibilities
- Bid Pricing Management
- Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement — ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
- Propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical teams while aligned against sales strategies.
- Present the overall submission & obtain pricing approval from management before proceeding to release the price to sales.
- Translate the approved price to the client price submittal (format).
- Repricing of bids.
- Pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
- Pricing trend & Cost trend analysis.
