Our client is a well-established construction and development business delivering projects across residential, education, regeneration, fire remediation, decarbonisation, and retrofit sectors.

The Bid Writer will be responsible for producing compelling, client-focused tender submissions from initial opportunity through to final submission

Requirements

Essential:

APMP Foundation qualification
Proven experience in Bid Writing or Proposal Management within the construction industry
Minimum two years' experience in technical writing
Strong understanding of the construction bid lifecycle
Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft OfficePerks:

1 day Hybrid post probation
Fuel allowance/Travel allowance
