Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily rental business and ensure a smooth process of handovers and returns of vehicles with the station team onsite.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and ensure a great customer journey.
• Support the Station Manager in planning staff and training agents.
• Maintain quality standards, especially in how customers are treated.
