This is a critical relationship‑management role focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships while leveraging GreenShield Administration’s claims adjudication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with partners and proactively ensure both current and future needs are met.
• Maintain service level agreements by collaborating with internal business areas to ensure client commitments are delivered.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and agreements.
• Achieve revenue and margin objectives for the assigned book of business, while supporting cross‑selling opportunities within GreenShield Administration and other GreenShield business units.
