LTM in Helsinki seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to steer organizational change on large IT and business transformation programs. You will develop and execute change management strategies, lead impact assessments, and coordinate stakeholder engagement.

Fluent Finnish and English are required to communicate across the matrix organization, design training plans, track adoption, and measure realized benefits using Prosci ADKAR and Kotter methodologies.
