Position Overview

The Bilingual Claims Processor is responsible for reviewing and processing claims while determining benefits eligibility according to credit card or other financial program benefit plans. This role focuses on delivering timely claim resolutions, processing payments and adjustments, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
