This position is ideal for someone who can confidently communicate with customers in both English and Spanish while helping resolve outstanding balances and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Collections & Customer Accounts

+ Contact commercial customers regarding outstanding invoices by phone and email

+ Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts

+ Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions
