The FCC Bilingual Communications Manager plays a strategic role within Fidelity Canada Clearing Services (FCC), responsible for planning, developing and delivering high-quality internal and external communications in both French and English. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications (FCC), this role ensures communications are audience-focused, compliant with Fidelity Canada standards, aligned with the broader organization, and tailored to the distinct needs of FCC stakeholders, clients and staff. As FCC’s communications specialist, the incumbent works closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance, Corporate Communications, Translation and Marketing, to ensure timely, accurate and effective communications across all channels.
