Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills
- Analytical ability to measure results and propose data‑driven improvements
- Organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines

- Plan, schedule, and distribute the firm’s content on Meta Business Suite (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube, 14 days in advance, ensuring consistency with the firm’s voice, tone, and brand guidelines
