Bilingual Interviewer / ESL Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Overview

MAU is seeking a Bilingual Interviewer / ESL Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding for a key client in the Upstate. In this role, you will screen and interview candidates, coordinate hiring activities, and provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support throughout the hiring process.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through interviews, orientations, and onboarding—while ensuring accurate communication and compliance.
