Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to join a global manufacturing firm's Customer Account team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational relationship with our valued customers and partners. This includes forecasting, order and logistic execution, accounts receivable, and managing customer requests.
Role responsibilities:
Manage Order & delivery
βββo Captures, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service level
βββo Proposes product alternatives in case of phase-out or shortage
βββo If relevant, optimizes, plans and coordinates the delivery with customers and partner.
βββo Monitor Execution
βββo Handles customer orders portfolio and monitors execution
βββo Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
