RESPONSIBILITIES - IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE UPPER MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
- MAINTAINING UPDATED INSURANCE INFORMATION ON CUSTOMER RECORDS.
- ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS.
- WORKING WITH CLAIMS ADJUSTERS TO ENSURE PROMPT PAYMENT OF CLAIMS.
- WORKING WITH BODY SHOPS TO ENSURE PROMPT REPAIR OF VEHICLES.
- PROVIDING CORRECT DATA FOR INSURANCE REPORTS.
- HANDLING 120 CLAIM ACCOUNTS ON AVERAGE.
- UPDATING THE BATCH TO ALL NEW WRECKED ACCOUNTS
QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
