TrackMan is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the frontline contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, or chat. You will resolve technical issues with a proactive approach and educate customers on features and updates.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document interactions in the support system, and engage with international customers in English and Spanish.
