In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting initial screenings, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator in both English and Spanish who excels at active listening, accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced or high-stakes situations.
