The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for assisting the Mailroom Supervisor in overseeing day to day operations and all mailroom processes and responsibilities required at the Provigo head office located at 400 Sainte-Croix Avenue. Supporting office colleagues with any mail, courier, printing, or ad-hoc needs are necessary or requested by all business units and office departments.
Day to Day Operations:
- The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for receiving all incoming mail and courier packages into the building.
- Responsible for sorting and delivering mail and courier packages to office colleagues daily and notifying internal recipients upon delivery.
- Daily collection of mail and courier packages from all floors of the building.
- Daily processing of outgoing mail and courier packages through Loomis, FedEX, Canada Post and local courier services.
- Process regular mass mailing projects to stores in the Quebec region.
