Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels, promptly handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow up through to resolution.
Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs.
Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members. This includes responding to inquiries about policies, compensation, sales tips, licensing and product training.
Partner with the Sales team on broker training presentations.
Troubleshoot all issues escalated from either Brokers or Sales and ensure timely communication to Production Support as necessary.
