MPP Sales Support provides comprehensive technology and sales support for the various Manulife Broker Tools platforms. In this role, you will assist Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers, and Lenders to enhance productivity, client relationships, and the quality of MPP/CSP insurance applications.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels, promptly handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow up through to resolution.
+ Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs.
+ Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members. This include responding to inquiries about policies, compensation, sales tips, licensing and product training.
+ Partner with the Sales team on broker training presentations.
