Our client, a boutique Private Equity/Investment Firm with offices across Europe is looking for a switched-on bilingual Office Assistant to support their small but busy team.

Among others, duties will include:
Managing incoming calls and other communications
Managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and other travel bookings for investment associates, in accordance with company protocol. Experience with the Perk platform is a plus
Organising meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and ensuring they are well looked after
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, as required
Overseeing the maintenance of common areas, ensuring the office is kept in excellent condition at all times, and acting as the go-to person for administrative matters
