Job Title: Bilingual Probate Intake & Case Manager

Rate: $525 - $700/month

Schedule: 5 hours daily (Mon-Friday)

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for new probate clients, responsible for managing intake, gathering facts and documentation, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring that all case milestones are met. This is a management-level role — we need someone who not only understands probate but can also help design and execute the process as we scale.
