Our client, a growing government agency, is urgently looking for a Bilingual Personal Assistant who will be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be expected to provide top level of secretarial support to Senior Managers including but not limited to answering /screening telephone calls, writing/drafting various documents using latest MS applications, preparing minutes of the meeting, arranging travel / hotel reservations and perform other duties that may be assigned by your direct manager.

Job Skills: To be considered, you should be a degree holder with minimum 5 years of top level secretarial support to Senior Managers, preferably in a financial or investment organizations. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly required.
