Description
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to support a staffing organization working onsite in the Baltimore area. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for a variety of positions while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Source, recruit, and screen candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities

+ Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish

+ Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

+ Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements

+ Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire paperwork

+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
