**Bilingual (French and English) Senior Consultant, Software & Strategic Solutions**

The Senior Consultant, Software & Strategic Solutions is the technical lead for post sales consulting engagements of Ricoh's solutions portfolio, primarily around Web Storefront and Integrated Workflow Solutions. Additionally, the Consultant will be a subject matter expert in specific areas of the business such as workflow optimization and adoption of key workflow solutions. The Consultant is a key member to the account team and is expected to be the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the customer engagement. The Customer will be engaged early in a sales cycle to assist the Solution Development Manager as required.
